The designation honey nougat is only permissible from a honey content of 25%. We use 38%, the maximum, and not just any, but lavender honey. Despite its appearance as white nougat, its excellent taste cannot even be compared to the sugar nougats available everywhere.
Traditionally produced by our partner beekeeper Reynier in the heart of Provence.
