Who is “De beiefritz”?

Born in 1990 in Luxembourg, I had no contact with bees until I was 24 years old. Because of my interest in animals and biology, as well as my conscious ecological and sustainable way of thinking about growing food myself, I came to the bees.

It is particularly important to me that the consumer understands where his food comes from and knows how it is produced, as it was in the past, where everyone produced everything on a self-sufficient basis. “Back to the roots”.

Since industrialization, our society has experienced a mega “boom”, where it has become easier and easier to get food quickly and to buy all products “anonymously” in the supermarket.

We have forgotten how much time and energy is put into each individual product, since everything is available on the shelf 7/7 days.
